Sermon: A Gifted Spirit

We each have a gift, as children of God we are all blessed with talents, abilities, ways to become functioning parts of our body Church. God has a plan for each of us, realizing our gift is a simple prayer away.

Preaching: Favoritism (James 2:1-13)

In the second week of a Study Series on the book of James, Deacon Robin Hermis Preaches on the topic of Favoritism and the importance of one of the Lords commandments – to Love your neighbor as yourselves.

Sermon: Seek Yes, Doubt Not.

But if it is preached that Christ has been raised from the dead, how can some of you say that there is no resurrection of the dead? If there is no resurrection of the dead, then not even Christ has been raised. And if Christ has not been raised, our preaching is useless and so is your faith. (1 Corinthians 15:12-14)

Preaching: Patience, God’s Way

A common misconception is that we often associate trials, tribulations and tough times with a sin we have committed. This is Satan and his demons attempt to convince a sinner that they are not worthy of Salvation, Love and Joy that can only come from God. Patience is a fruit of the spirit, only God’s work can deliver patience, by ascertaining this we then begin to understand that trials, tribulations and tough times are a way of growing within our faith.
