We are extremely pleased with the launching of the Holy Apostolic Catholic Assyrian Church of the East, Archdiocese of Australia and New Zealand’s Website.

This website will endeavor to impart advanced information, ministry and future projects of this Archdiocese, to the entire Church members world wide, keeping them informed of the tireless efforts of the faithful, clergy, youth, parents and members of the Assyrian Church of the East in Australia and New Zealand.

Visitors to this site will perceive every field of the Church, from religious and spiritual support to social and educational development of our faithful. Clearly, an authentic depiction of the structure, functioning and progress of this Archdiocese will be attained.

During the formative years, this Archdiocese experienced many challenges. However, our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ protected her immeasurably, by replacing complexities with confidence, peace and understanding amongst all the members and groups of our community, be it social or political.

The spirit of co-operation has assisted in creating an atmosphere of harmony, making this Archdiocese proud of claiming to be one of the most innovative Dioceses within the Assyrian Church of the East, globally.

We give thanks and praise to the name of God Almighty and His beloved son Jesus Christ for his gracious gift of knowledge to mankind.

May the grace of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ be with you always.
Mar Meelis Zaia
Metropolitan Archdiocese Australia and NZ
